【総本部 設立趣旨】
1.当法人は、極真会館の創始者大山倍達総裁から認可を受けた全国の極真会館支部長らによって構成するものであり、極真関連標章の周知性・著名性の獲得に貢献し、その使用する権利を共有するものであるが、目的の第一は大山倍達総裁が残した極真会館とその武道空手を正しく継承し、普及、発展のために尽力すること、第二は、そのためにも極真空手に無関係の者らによる極真関連標章（商標）の無断使用を差止め、これを排除する諸手続等を行うことを目的とする。
2.当法人は、前項の目的を達成するため次の事業を行う。
①極真会館による世界大会の開催
②極真会館による全日本空手道選手権大会の開催
③極真空手の正しい継承、普及のための研修会等の開催
④極真関連標章（商標）を管理するための諸活動
⑤前各号に附帯関連する事業
3.当法人は、日本国内外の極真会館を再統一して、極真会館創始者 大山倍達総裁の教えを継承伝承し、普及発展に協力すると同時に、正統であり、尚且つ新たな極真会館に門戸を開くものとする。
【 Kyokushinkaikan Branch Chiefs Association Purpose of Establishment 】
1.The corporation is composed of Kyokushinkaikan Branch Chiefs from all over Japan who have been authorized by the founder of Kyokushinkaikan, Sosai Masutatsu Oyama.
The purpose of the association is to contribute to the acquisition of well-known and famous Kyokushinkai marks and to share the right to use them.
The first purpose is to correctly inherit the Kyokushinkaikan and its Budo Karate left by Sosai Masutatsu Oyama, and to make efforts for the spread and development of Kyokushin Karate.
The second purpose is to prevent unauthorized use of Kyokushin-related marks (trademarks) by persons unrelated to Kyokushin Karate, and to implement various procedures to eliminate this.
2.The Organization shall carry out the following activities in order to achieve the objectives of the preceding paragraph.
(1) Holding of World Tournaments by Kyokushinkaikan
(2) Holding of All Japan Karate-do Tournaments by Kyokushinkaikan
(3) Holding training sessions for the correct succession and spread of Kyokushin Karate
(4) Various activities to manage Kyokushin related marks (trademarks)
(5) Activities incidental and related to each of the preceding items.
3.The corporation will reunify Kyokushinkaikan in Japan and abroad, and transmit the teachings of the Founder and President of Kyokushinkaikan, Sosai Masutatsu Oyama in the right way and at the same time, we shall open the door to a new Kyokushinkaikan.
